ご予約ありがとうございます。
当店は完全予約制となっておりますので、変更やキャンセルの際はできるだけお早目にご連絡くださいますようお願い致します。
弊サロンキャンセルポリシーに基づき、キャンセル料が発生いたしますので必ずご確認下さい。

遅刻

ご来店がご予約時間より遅れた場合、デザインのご希望に添えない場合がございます。ご案内できるメニューが少なくなりましても、ご予約のメニューの料金を申し受けます。２０分以上過ぎた場合は自動的にキャンセルとなりますのでご了承下さい。

キャンセル

ご予約の2日前までのご予約の変更、キャンセルは無料です。
前日のご予約変更とキャンセルは、施術料金の50%をキャンセル料として頂戴いたします。
当日のご予約変更とキャンセルは、施術料金の100%をキャンセル料として頂戴いたします。

Thank you for making an appointment!
All services/classes are “by appointment only”, therefore, last minute cancellations can have a great impact to keeping business. 
This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.
In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your nail artist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a session. Regardless of the length of the service actually given, you will be responsible for the cost of the “full” appointment. 

Cancellation

You may change or cancel your reservation two days before the reservation without incurring a fee.

Any changes or cancellations made the day before the original reservation will be charged 50% of the original reservation fee.

Any Same day changes or cancellation will be charged 100% of the original reservation fee.

No-shows

The cancellation fee is 100% for anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason.
